Blueberry Pear Smoothie

Ingredients

Servings:
1cup Blueberries, frozen
1medium Pear
2tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)
1cup Orange Juice
1cup Yogurt (I prefer Siggi's blueberry Icelandic yogurt)
1tbsp Protein Powder (optional)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smoothe.
