Blueberry smoothie

Ingredients

Servings:
1Cup Frozen Blueberries
1Medium Banana
.5Cup Yogurt (I prefer Siggi's low-sugar, high protein brand)
1Cup Orange juice
2Tbsp Protein powder (optional)
2tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)

Instructions

Add ingredients to blend and blend until smooth.
