1 | Medium Banana, sliced |
.5 | Cup Old-fashioned Oats (not quick cook) |
.5 | Cup Almond or Cashew Milk |
5.3 | Ounce Siggi’s Yogurt, any flavor |
.5 | Tsp Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, or Ginger powder |
3 | Tsp Chia Seeds |
2 | Tbsp Almonds, slivered |
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a Tupperware with lid or large jar with lid. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Top with granola and/or fresh fruit like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries.
