| 1 | Bag Cranberries, fresh |
| 2 | Tbsp Jalapeño, seeded and diced (more or less depending on your tastes) |
| .25 | Cup Red onion, diced |
| .5 | Cup Crystallized ginger, diced |
| 1 | Tbsp Orange zest |
| 1 | Medium Cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon) |
| .5 | Cup Sugar |
| .5 | Cup Orange juice |
| .5 | Tsp Cloves, ground |
| 1.5 | Tsp Mustard seeds, ground |
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and serve. Refrigerate leftovers for approximately a week.Share this recipe!
