Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

Servings:
1Bag Cranberries, fresh
2Tbsp Jalapeño, seeded and diced (more or less depending on your tastes)
.25Cup Red onion, diced
.5Cup Crystallized ginger, diced
1Tbsp Orange zest
1Medium Cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
.5Cup Sugar
.5Cup Orange juice
.5Tsp Cloves, ground
1.5Tsp Mustard seeds, ground

Instructions

screen-shot-2016-11-22-at-5-03-19-pmPut all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and serve. Refrigerate leftovers for approximately a week.
