Ingredients
| 1 | Cup Whole Wheat or fine Almond Flour |
| 1.25 | Cup All-purpose Flour |
| .5 | Tsp Baking Soda |
| .5 | Tsp Kosher Salt |
| 4 | Large Eggs |
| .5 | Cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature |
| 1.25 | Cup Honey |
| .75 | Cup Siggi's Touch of Honey Yogurt |
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325º. Grease 9-inch round pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredient then set aside.
In a stand mixer with whisk attachment, whisk eggs for a couple of minutes. Add honey and butter until well mixed then add yogurt. Yogurt will be a little lumpy at this stage.
Slowly add dry mixture to wet while mixer is on low.
Pour into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar right before serving. Click here to download my flower template.
