Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

Servings:
12ounces chickpeas aka garbanzo beans, cooked, rinsed, and drained.
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4tsp salt (more or less to taste)
1/2tbsp ground pepper (more or less to taste)
1tbsp garlic powder (more or less to taste)
1/2tbsp cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
1tbsp cumin powder (more or less to taste)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them. Mix all seasonings with the oil in a bowl. Toss with chickpeas. Spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 30 minutes, until browned and crunchy. Watch carefully the last few minutes to avoid burning!
